Louisa Yip, Principal

Louisa is a highly experienced tax accountant with a strong background in accounting and taxation. She has been guiding individuals, sole traders, small and medium businesses, partnerships and companies to achieve their business goals. Her aim is to provide first class service at unbeatable rates in order to help her clients achieve tangible savings and growth. She enjoys providing sound and practical advice, on tax and business matters, to her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Taxation from University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Nursing from University of Newcastle. She is a registered Tax Agent; Fellow member of the Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA); an associate member of Certified Practising Accountants, Australia (ASA) and a member of National Tax and Accountants Association (NTAA)

Joseph Muisyo Ndolo

Joseph has been in accounting and finance fields for more than twenty years, with a focus in treasury management. Since 2007, he has been handling BAS, FBT, payroll and financial reporting, with that experience broadening early this year to include tax returns for individuals, sole traders, partnerships and companies. His mission is to help individuals and businesses leverage on quality accounting services to realize their full potential. He has experience in MYOB, HandiSoft, ACCPAC, Raisers Edge, Rockfast payroll system and MS packages . He holds a Bachelor of Science (accounting) and Master of Business Administration (finance) from United States International University; and a Master of Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and Certified Practicing Accountants, Australia (CPA).

Megan Donegan

Megan has been working as a bookkeeper for 14 years, on many different sized companies ranging from sole traders to very large companies with up to 300 staff: her specialty is Payroll processing, with experience in Enterprise Agreements , interpreting Awards, Superannuation processing; and dealing with Child Support and Centrelink for employees. She can use MYOB, Quickbooks (Reckon), Xero and specific job costing based programs like Timberline. She is a registered BAS Agent and an MYOB Professional Partner. She has an advanced diploma in accounting, completed in 2009.
